Traffic Light Transition (Podcast Episode)

Traffic light transitions. As much as we want to be all GO and GREEN, often we loop through thoughts and question our goals, or doubt our ability to achieve them. When we do this, we get stuck in the ORANGE transition stage. If we are in the ORANGE phase of life for too long, we often STOP on RED.
